Isaac founded Margin House to do commercial work the way he believes it should be done. In close partnership, built to be run, and measured by results rather than effort. Margin House is the through-line of a career spent building the commercial and analytical systems that move margin for airlines and other businesses where it is hard-won.
His work began in engineering, optimization, and simulation, and grew into commercial leadership. At Allegiant Air he built a set of analytical tools that became the company's data science function, which he went on to lead as Vice President of Data Science. That pattern, building something useful and then standing up the capability around it, has shaped every role since.
Across the years that followed he held senior commercial and analytics roles spanning aviation, travel, and real estate, including Priceline, Avelo Airlines, and Up.Labs, and most recently network and revenue management leadership at Sun Country Airlines.
Margin House exists because the best commercial work rarely comes from a thick deck or a borrowed framework. It comes from someone who has built the thing before, sitting close to the problem, accountable for the outcome. That is the practice he wanted to offer, and the standard he holds it to.
